Good to know

Pricing questions.

What is included in the starting price?

The full-color LED video display, the control system, a touchscreen console, a private network, a standalone game horn and installation. Electrical service is by the owner, and permits and sales tax are not included.

How does a second screen work on a dual-sided court?

A matching second screen is 60% of the first: $11,397 with a Small, $16,797 with a Medium and $27,597 with a Large. Mirrored screens on the same court show the same content, so one per-court service plan covers both.

Do you have pricing for multiple courts or a whole district?

Yes. Multi-court facilities and school districts are quoted per deployment. Call or text 513-400-3268 or book a demo and we will put it together.

Can sponsors help pay for it?

Yes. Every plan includes the admin portal for your own sponsors, and our optional Managed Sponsorship service handles it for you. See how sponsors pay for the board on the Sponsors page.

Is the final price fixed?

Yes. After a free site visit we send a written, fixed quote before any work starts.

All prices in US dollars. Display prices are starting prices for one scoreboard display, installed; electrical service, permits and sales tax are not included. Service plans are optional and priced per court (at least Basic is required to receive software updates); they are billed separately from the display, monthly or annually (20% off, paid in full up front). Managed Sponsorship is billed with your plan at 15% of sponsor revenue or $125 a month, whichever is greater. Your written quote is final.

Concept renderings are illustrations, not photos of a real gym or stadium. Board and console images are real screens from the working BigGameBoardz system with sample data: “Hometown Hawks” is a made-up school, sponsors marked SAMPLE are placeholders, and “YOUR LOGO” marks where your school or sponsor logo goes. For sanctioned games, keep your official timing system or a backup clock as your state association requires.
