Simple at the table
How our LED video scoreboard works
One touchscreen console at the scorer’s table runs 10 sports, every graphic and every sponsor. The board runs offline on its own private network, and the bottom quarter is a sponsor zone that helps pay for it.

Three pieces
Tap. Run. Show.
Touchscreen console
At the scorer’s table. Pick the sport and your school, then run clocks, scores, fouls, timeouts, horn and graphics from one touch layout.
On-site scoreboard system
The brain of the board lives at your school. It runs the game clocks, saves the game every second and plays your sponsors, with no internet needed.
LED video board
Full color, school-branded and sized for your gym or field. Scoreboard on the top three-quarters, sponsor zone on the bottom quarter.

One console, 10 sports
Pick the sport. Play.
The same console runs every season at your school, in the gym and on the field. A new sport starts a new game with its own layout, and each sport remembers its own rules settings.
- School presets hold your name, colors, logo and font.
- State rules built in: KHSAA, OHSAA, IHSAA and NFHS defaults, adjustable for JV, middle school or league play.
- Safe switching: the console asks first if a game is in progress.

Built for volunteers
Big, simple controls.
Score, clock, fouls, timeouts and graphics on one screen. Everything is one tap and nothing is buried in menus.
- +1 / +2 / +3 scoring, team fouls with automatic BONUS, possession arrow.
- Tap-to-set clock with tenths and fine adjust.
- Timeouts charged in one tap, with an on-screen countdown.
- Undo for the last 60 actions, a real air-horn button and an optional PIN lock.

Graphics in one tap
Make every bucket a moment.
Score animations, intros and chants fire from the console in your school’s colors. Quick graphics keep the clock and score on screen; full-screen graphics wait for a stopped clock.
- Pregame intro with “Welcome to” your venue.
- Starting lineup and player intros with photo, number and name.
- Senior night and player spotlights.
- Halftime, final and a scrolling message bar.
Offline by design
Game night never waits on the internet.
The scoreboard runs on its own private “Sports Board” network. The school network and the internet are not needed during games.
Network
Its own network
A private wireless network just for the scoreboard, separate from school IT.
Clocks
Clocks keep running
Game clocks run on the scoreboard system itself. If the console drops, the clock keeps running.
State
Saved every second
Scores and clocks are saved every second. After a restart every clock comes back stopped at its last value.
Backup
Standby built in
A standby backup is part of every system, so one problem doesn’t end the night.

Sponsor zone
Sponsors on every layout.
The bottom quarter of the board rotates sponsor logos all game, in every sport. Upload logos, set the rotation and choose timeout sponsors from the sponsor library, then export a proof-of-play report for renewals.

Concept renderings are illustrations, not photos of a real gym or stadium. Board and console images are real screens from the working BigGameBoardz system with sample data: “Hometown Hawks” is a made-up school, sponsors marked SAMPLE are placeholders, and “YOUR LOGO” marks where your school or sponsor logo goes. For sanctioned games, keep your official timing system or a backup clock as your state association requires.
